Welcome to Yes Papy. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All of our products are made to order. We only begin production once you place your order. This ensures every item is fresh, custom-made, and delivered just for you.

2. Product Availability

  • All items are produced on demand and are subject to availability of materials.

  • We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are as listed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are processed securely through PayPal, Wix Payments, or other approved third-party payment processors.

  • Your order will be processed only after full payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund if:

  • The product is defective or damaged.

  • There is a printing or manufacturing error.

  • The wrong item was received.

Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue in your email.

  • You do not need to return the defective item unless we request it.

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Replacements are sent free of charge.

6. How to Submit a Claim

  1. Email simon@yespapy.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and photos showing the issue.

  3. Once your claim is approved, we will send your replacement or process your refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on our website are the property of Yes Papy and cannot be used without our written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
